Can I make a return?
If you’re not pleased for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for assistance with refunds and returns.
In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be returned in new condition (unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original packaging).
Can I track the status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. This includes address changes, item changes, changes to the method of payment, or changes to shipping methods. However, we are more than happy to help you with a return for a full refund once you have received your items if needed. Our returns for online purchases are free and easy so you will not have to pay for return shipping.
